About Mason Kolar

Mason Kolar has called Santa Rosa Beach home since he was a young kid, giving him a deep connection to the community and a strong understanding of the local market and surrounding areas.

With experience in real estate development, Mason brings a determined and knowledgeable approach to helping clients navigate the market. His time playing college baseball instilled the discipline, work ethic, and determination he carries into his real estate career today.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys taking advantage of everything the Emerald Coast has to offer, especially fishing and spending time on the water. His local roots, experience, and passion for the area give him a unique perspective when helping clients find their place along the coast.
