Riley not only showed us numerous houses and condominiums, but she was also always well-equipped with rental information, fees and taxes, and things like that, which would ultimately help us make our decision. We were looking specifically for a place for the rental market and something that obviously would give us the best rate of return. Riley understood that completely and did not hesitate to give us reasons to pass on a certain property, that alone was way more than I expected. During the process, she set up many required inspections and walked us through all of those. She did not hesitate to answer an email or a phone call even on weekends. If we ever move forward with buying another property Riley will definitely be our agent.
Allen Adams and his staff did a great job of working on the sale of our home. His entire staff was always available to assist us and we were updated on the progress of the potential sales prospects. On little incidental matters that had to be handled the staff was always available and provided valuable insight and assistance. We live in Birmingham, ala so there were items and aspects of the potential sales that had to be covered via phone or text. The whole process could not have been better. They are highly recommended by us.
