Welcome to Alys Beach
Founded in 2004, Alys Beach is a stunning community with architecture influenced by the vivid-white homes of Bermuda and a unique style similar to Greek villages perched above the Mediterranean Sea.
From its iconic palm-lined entry to secluded courtyards and green spaces, Alys Beach is truly a luxurious escape from everyday living and encompasses the New Urbanism work from architect Andres Duany of Duany Plater-Zyberj & Company.
While no two homes are alike in Alys Beach, despite the similar hues and Caribbean influence that shine, standard features shared throughout the various home styles are open-air courtyards with water features, outdoor galleries, terraces, and stunning gardens. The interiors further epitomize the island influences with waterfront aesthetics, open-concept designs, and neutral beachy tones. Alys Beach is also the first entire community in the world to be designed “fortified for safer living” a national inspection-based program launched by the Institute for Business and Home Safety. The community also draws on sustainable design and construction techniques to create a harmonious relationship between humans and the environment.
Alys Beach is ideal for those who enjoy an active lifestyle, soaking up beautiful views along the Timpoochee Trail, or enjoying a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood nature preserve. With 158 acres, Alys Beach will soon be the largest community along 30A and features an amphitheater, many parks offering a family-oriented atmosphere, dramatic pools, a beach club, superb dining options, and so much more.
